How do I send my brief for a custom skill?

Through the Tally form. You describe the task in plain language. If a skill can solve it, I confirm and send a checkout link. If not, I say so and you owe nothing.

What about taxes / VAT?

Polar.sh acts as Merchant of Record. They collect EU VAT and remit it. Your invoice comes from them, not from us.
